This ongoing plan is ideal is ideal if you've already completed other plans and have habits and your nutrition squared away.
This is purely the use of the app and the plans within, you will have access to strength plans (KRATOS) and if you're a woman you will have access to the (GAEA) plan which is hormonal and based around the cycle focused.
There is a template for a training plan for both KRATOS and GAEA but this is primarily strength, fitness, cardio sessions and WODs at your fingertips to perform when you want.
