This is an on going monthly plan, you will have access to hundreds of workouts and fitness sessions on the app. There are weekly plans to follow. If you've already finished the other plans you will understand and have habits, nutrition and schedule in place. This is just a tone of sessions for you to follow and an app to use to track everything for you, keeping you accountable.
