Online Coaching

When it comes to choosing a plan it is really simple.

ODYSSEY

This is an on going monthly plan, you will have access to hundreds of workouts and fitness sessions on the app. There are weekly plans to follow. If you've already finished the other plans you will understand and have habits, nutrition and schedule in place. This is just a tone of sessions for you to follow and an app to use to track everything for you, keeping you accountable.

SOMA

This plan is a four week cycle rolling plan.

This plan is ideal for those that really want to focus on longevity. You will also develop and forge health, fitness, strength, and usefulness.

Focusing on fitness and strength you will become fitter and stronger while looking after yourself and not over doing it.

SOMA has been designed to work with you and your lifestyle. Not adding to the stresses of life.

Everything is planned and ready to go, all you need to do is turn up.

SIGN UP

Using the buttons and links provided sign up through my website.

Making sure all details are correct.

LOOK OUT FOR AN EMAIL

Keep an eye out for an email from (kahunas) check your junk folder.

This will give you a link and log in for the Odyssey App.

Make sure you download the app.

*The password for your account will be on the email you receive from kahunas.

You will be able to change this once you're in.

THE FORMS

Fill out the forms via the app.

Give me as much information as possible, that way I will be able to help you the best I can.

YOU'RE SET

Your plans and everything you need will be on the app.

Get yourself acquainted with it and make sure you check out the "more" button and the content library.

This is where your workouts "WODs" will be and any other documents or information you may need will be hiding.

MAKE TIME

Make time for your health.

Everything you need is on the app and if any issues use the chat feature to message me.

All you need to do is turn up.
