All appointments to be booked online and deposit paid in full online before attending the appointment.

All documents and paper work to be filled in prior or during consultation before any treatment will take place.

​

If required please provide a doctors note to prove you are able and suitable for treatment.

Cancelation Policy

​

You can cancel or rebook your appointment up till 24hrs before at no cost or loss of deposit.

If you cancel with 24hrs or less notice the full deposit will be taken for a late cancelation fee and you will have to rebook your next session with a deposit.

No shows will have the full deposit taken. And the next booking will need full payment upfront.

​

Payment

​

The rest of the payment is due at the end of the appointment.

 

This can be taken via card payment or cash.

Treatments

​

By signing the consent forms supplied during the consultation you agree and understand what each treatment entails and you understand the aftercare routine if necessary.

Parents and Guardians

 

If you are under the age of 16 you will need consent from a parent or guardian.

Your parent of guardian may also wish to accompany you to the treatment, this is absolutely fine and a chair will be supplied for you.

If you wish to have someone accompany you to a treatment there will be a chair provided.

​

You are aware that sports massage and clinical therapy is a a hands on treatment. 

​

A variety of medium will be used from oils, waxes, and lotions. If you've any allergies this will be covered prior to treatment.

​

You must be aware that sports massage and clinical therapy is a supplementary treatment to help aid recovery and injury, it may not fully cure you on its own. 

​

All your details will be kept in accordance to GDPR law and will not be passed on to anyone without your consent.

​

Everything discussed and performed during treatments is confidential.

Online Coaching

​

Payment is due before the content is downloaded to the app for you to use.

​

Payment is due every 4 weeks if no payment you will be removed from the app. You will receive a prompt for payment.

​

Each plan is undertaken initially for a three month minimum period.  You can cancel any time after this. Three months is because everything takes time to sink in. 

​

​Payment for each month is due before you recieve than plans or documents.
