ARETA

ARETA from ODYSSEY.​

This 12 week progressive plan will guide you to forge a hard to kill body, making you ready for life.

You will become stronger, fitter, healthier, mobile and you will look better.

This plan is a slowly increasing plan of strength, cardio and fitness sessions.

You will perform the ARETA test WOD at the very start, end and two time in between to gauge your starting point and progress.

​

You will check in weekly to see whether you are ready for the next week of the course, if you have to repeat a week that is expected and normal.

​

Each session is planned to sets, reps and the day.

There is an increase in volume and intensity each week.

​

ARETA is designed and meant to test you.

It is designed to make you uncomfortable and test you.

Not only to build a resilient body but also mind.
