This plan will guide, educate and support you on your journey to gaining back control and living the life you should.

Over 12 weeks you will be guided, educated and supported on all things back and pain related to best help you understand your back, the pain, and how to take control of it and do what is best for you and you're future.
You will understand, build and thrive.
Over the 12 weeks, split into 3 phases of 4 weeks.
This plan will guide you to put habits into place and a lifestyle to best support you on your back care journey.
You will also be given and guided through a progressive fitness plan.
When you sign up to this plan you will receive a booklet where you will be educated on the journey you are undertaking and you will also have a log book, where you will track every day over the 12 weeks. From daily habits and training, to more in-depth weekly and monthly questions and logs to fill out.
You will also have access to the Odyssey app where all your training will be for you to access any time and to record.
This plan has been put together and tested thoroughly over years to best help and guide you.
