Foot MOT

Service Description

Gait analysis, foot screening and 60 minute massage treatment. Within this session we will look at your gait, running and walking. So bring your trainers. We will also look at the flexibility and mobility of the foot, ankle, knee, hip and lower back. Highlight any areas that need attention and put a plan in place going forward. Then a 60 minute massage focusing on the areas highlighted in the analysis and screening.
